How do I place an order?
Choose your piece and color, select a size where listed, and add it to your bag, then send an order request with your delivery and contact details. We’ll save your request and show your reference immediately. Our team then confirms availability, delivery, and payment instructions.
Can I pay on this website?
No payment is collected online. Please wait for the studio to confirm your order, final total, and payment instructions.
Where do you deliver?
You can request delivery to a Philippine address. Delivery availability and the shipping fee will be confirmed for your address before you pay.
How do I choose my size?
The Sera and Romy dresses are available in XS–S and M (Medium). The Léa Court Set is available in S (Small) and M (Medium). The Jules Court Polo is available in XL and 2XL. Include your sizing questions in your request.
Can I change or cancel my request?
Send a message with your order reference as soon as you can. Our team will review the request and confirm the next steps.
What are the return and delivery terms?
Ask us about fit, dispatch, and returns before payment. The studio will confirm the terms that apply to your order. Specific return windows and delivery dates have not been published here.
Where is my confirmation email?
Your saved reference appears after checkout. When email is available, we send a receipt for your request. Check your inbox and spam folder. The success page tells you whether it was sent. The studio follows up separately after reviewing availability and delivery. If you need help, include your reference in the form.
How do I unsubscribe or remove my details?
